The SPJ San Diego Pro Chapter is collecting donations for the fundraising silent auction at the 2011 SPJ Region 11 Spring Conference, which will be held in San Diego April 29-30, 2011.

Do you have any cool journalism memorabilia – media logo hats, bags or other goodies; front pages from significant dates in history; books about the biz?  How about tickets to attractions like the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Disneyland, museums, or sporting events?  Maybe some Padres or Chargers gear?

Journalist-author Caitlin Rother speaks to Writers Guild Jan. 24

Journalist-turned-author Caitlin Rother will speak at the Jan. 24 meeting of the San Diego Writers/Editors Guild.
